In order to provide reliable and consistent support to all customers, I prefer inquiries via email. Written communication helps me keep track of requests and handle them efficiently and clearly. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding the scope of inquiries:

I’m happy to answer specific questions about my products, their function, configuration, or existing orders.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to provide general purchasing advice for products from other manufacturers, or to make decisions on your behalf such as “which pedal should I buy” or “which upgrade do I need” without a clear goal or concrete question.

I also ask for your understanding that, in day-to-day workshop operation, I do not have the capacity for very extensive or off-topic email conversations that are not directly related to my products or ongoing projects.

I make every effort to respond carefully and in a timely manner, and I appreciate a respectful and focused exchange.
